Route I / O measurement method: look for the connection end of the controller in the weighing control panel (weighing instrument), measure the connection power circuit of the controller. Generally, the encouraged working voltage (exc + to exc - middle) is 5-10v, and the output working voltage (SIG + to sig - middle) is close to 0 when the machine is fully loaded, which is lower than the large output of the controller. (large output of the controller = encouraging working voltage * sensitivity of the controller, and the sensitivity of the checkweigher controller is more than 2mV / V), otherwise, contact the service provider to apply for controller replacement.

The resistance measurement method of the controller can accurately measure the resistance of the controller, and judge the advantages and disadvantages of the controller according to the resistance: 1. Input resistance ≥ output resistance > bridge resistance; 2. In general, the bridge resistance is the same in the middle or two groups.

(Note: the input resistance is the resistor between exc + and exc -, and the output resistance is the resistor between sig + and sig -, and the bridge resistance is the resistor between exc + and SIG +, exc + and sig -, exc - and SIG +, and exc - and sig -).
